The Comic-Con that was established in 1970, has been like a staple in my mind for like a decade or more. It recently got a four-page article in Entertainment Weekly Magazine this week, which it rarely gets a mention every year. The big buzz now is that Steven Spielberg and the rest of Hollywood has supposedly 'taken notice.' I think it is ridiculous that is has gotten so much buzz now. Now, some magazines and television media are calling 'nerds' and 'geeks' now popular or 'in.' I mean, I personally find geeks and nerds hot and sexy but it is strange that there is notice since we sci-fi and comic book fans find the subjects 'cool' anyway.
