Disney's Robin Hood was suppose to be Reynard the Fox

The 1973 Disney Robin Hood, which was the first film without Walt Disney's involvement after his death. The movie originally supposed to be based on another folk hero that explains the animals and fox, and it was Reynard the Fox. He is of medieval European folklore, more presumably French. He was a trickster anti-hero who the Disney company didn't consider a good hero.
