What I had suspected all along occured, when there seem to be no fruition for Joss Whedon's Wonder Woman movie when a script from two writers was bought off. Joss is no longer with the project. His official statement is here and he confirms that there were no specific actress he had in mind even though rumors of some of his former Buffy folk (Charisma) were polishing their tiaras. I would have loved to see Joss' vision but unfortunately this piled on along with some others things I will never see such as the 'Buffy' animated series, season six of 'Angel' or that Ruper 'Ripper' Giles spin-off mini-series.
