Conan-Leno joke too late in 30 Rock 'Khonani'

Jack has to choose between two women and decides to concentrate on a Janitor situation instead, procrastinating but it is much like he's first situation. Anyhoo, one janitor wanted the night shift because he has a contract with Jack since 2005--clearly like Conan. And the other guy, got his shift moved at 10, like Leno. And in the end, the Conan janitor had to be fired, he said he was okay he had to go to Fox Casino. Um... they should have said TBS. I guess they filmed this before the decision was made.

Josh Brolin hears my 'woo' on the Tonight Show

I was in the audience of "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on January 26th with guest Josh Brolin (The Goonies, Milk, No Country for Old Men).

I 'wooed' in the monologue when Jay mentioned 'gay' and booed when he said about the intern, but that didn't come out. Then with Josh Brolin, I 'wooed' after Jay said Milk. It didn't come off on camera, I thought everyone was going to 'woo' but they didn't so I lowered my voice. I was surprised that he heard me! Then when he said there was only one gay guy, I 'wooed' loudly but I guess someone else did too.

Kathy Griffin on Jay Leno last night

Kathy Griffin has said in the past that when she has gone to the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, that dear Mr. Leno has been less than hospitalible. Once he called her ugly, well in relation, not out right say it. She was banned from the show, so I surprised she was invited again. It looked like Jay Leno was trying to be civil and she still acted a bit prickly, she was careful. She often used words or phrases like "You know how I am..." or "You know me." I think she tried setting him up a bit but covertly but he really was civil. He didn't instegate. It went super well. Kathy seemed a bit nervous and wasn't really funny like usual, she mostly badmouthed her mother, in a sort of unfunny way. And you can tell what an insenstive homophobe Leno is, when he lavishes in Kathy's stories about Lance Bass 'banging' women. He asked if he would do it again (if Lance would bang women again), the typical straight man way---'oh, you can fix it.' She answered in a very comedic way that if he went back to 'Nsync.

What? Jimmy Fallon to replace Conan???!!!

In 2004, it was announced Conan O' Brien (who has proved himself in the writer's strike as the true king of late night) would take over The Tonight Show for Jay Leno in late 2009 when Jay is contractually obligated to leave. It has now been announced that lamewad Jimmy Fallon ("Saturday Night Live") will be taking Conan's spot as Conan takes over for Jay. On Entertainment Weekly, an unnamed network executive said Jimmy is a smart choice, I have to disagree. His two leading movies Fever Pitch and Taxi have been less-than-stellar hits, he hasn't done anything since those Pepsi commercials in 2007. The exec went on to say that he is a 'cute guy that will draw women in' would have been true two or three years ago. Jimmy comes off as annoying more than funny these days. I will miss Conan's show at its regular time but looking forward to the new vibrant Leno-less Tonight Show.

Jay Leno Apologizes to Ryan for asking to make a "Gay Face"

I was outraged when Jay Leno asked guest Ryan Phillipe to make a 'gay face' on his show The Tonight Show a few weeks ago and now he apologizes. Takes a big man. "In talking about Ryan's first role, I realize that what I said came out wrong. I certainly didn't mean any malice. I agree it was a dumb thing to say, and I apologize," to said to People Magazine. AfterElton.com would have rather him do the apology to his own show and not a magazine. His actual quote was this: "can you give me – say that camera is your gay lover – can you give me your ‘gayest look’? Say that camera is Billy Bob – Billy Bob has just ridden in shirtless from Wyoming." GLAAD President Neil G. Giuliano said: "We are proud of Ryan for refusing to participate in Leno's thoughtless attempt at humor. "Under the guise of comedy, the talk-show host is demonstrating a lack of respect for the gay community and insensitivity to both his co-workers and the audience, to whom he owes an apology."

Ryan Phillippe sweats on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno

Ryan Phillippe who seems to be more rough deep Delware-y accent tonight. He did seem to be sweating a lot over Jay Leno mentioning him being the first openly gay character in "One Life to Live" which was his first role. When Jay wanted him to 'look gay' for the camera for a 'soap opera' cliche zoom-in, Ryan wanted to leave. And I don't think Ryan was being homophobic, I think Jay was. What the fuck is a 'gay look'? And then Jay motherfucking said that to imagine his character Billy's hot gay boyfriend. That never happened in the series, nor does it happen with the openly gay couple Luke and Noah on "As the World Turns." Jay went on to mention Ryan's Armani commercial, in which he was nude in. Lisa Lampelli who came in after him, said she loved that he played a Ass Tickler, of course censored by NBC. By all her foul language and Ryan's reactions, she said he was 'squirming.' He actually accepted a compliment from her saying that he looked like a Ken doll. I think he wouldn't have taking that comment from anyone else. I think Jay needs to go to a Gender class.
