Once Upon A Time - Part Two - Stories Not Told... Yet

"Once Upon A Time" has been running for 5 years on ABC. Season 6 is about 'Untold stories' and many stories have been told, which ones are left? You would be surprised, there are many Disney stories and other literature yet to be told.

Princess and the Frog
I'm surprised the Princess kissing a frog hasn't happened yet. The original story a Princess loses her golden ball and a frog helps her get it and she kisses him, revealing a prince. For Disney, it was set in 1912 New Orleans with a want to be entrepreneur turning into a frog when she kissed a frog prince.

Pocahontas
Native American historic person turned into a Disney Romeo & Juliet would be hard to tackle, do they go with the true story or the Disney version? The real version is a little girl stops a old man from being killed. The Disney version? Both were the same age and fell in love.

Goldilocks
As they turned Little Bo Peep into a villain, I don't see how a basic robber and squatter can't be adapted. The story of a girl who breaks into a house and is mauled to death.

Hunchback of Norte Dame
Probably because of prosthetic and believably they haven't done this. Sounds like a deformed man living in a bell tower in love with a gypsy.

Tarzan
As they have done Hercules and Count of Monte Cristo, I am not surprised they haven't done this. The story of a boy raised by gorillas in the jungle. Sounds familiar?

Jungle Book
Given that it was adapted into a live-action version shouldn't deter OUAT as Cinderella became live-action and they still tackled it again after the fact in Season 6. But given Tarzan and Jungle Book are similar, maybe not in the same season. The story of a boy raised in the jungle...

Thumbelina
She was animated by the legendary Don Bluth. The story is about a tiny person who falls in with a bad crowd, almost marries a toad but ends up with a fairy prince. I guess with the iff-y special effects with Jack and the Beanstalk, the OUAT crew have skirted tackling this one.

Man in the Iron Mask
If Leo Di Caprio can do it, why not OUAT? Apparently it was a true story but made itself into literature.

Prince and the Pauper
If Mickey Mouse can do it, why not OUAT? Originally written by Mark Twain, it was about dopplegangers who switched places.

Mary Poppins
This has been mentioned before, a movie was even made about how the original author of the story was convinced by Walt Disney to make a movie. Since they covered Cruella De Vil, I'm sure they can do Poppins.

Davy Crockett
Real life legend had a Disney series.

 Don Quixote
The Man of the Mancha can for sure appear from the land of untold stories. I don't know why they haven't done him yet.

Zorro
Zorro had a Disney series, he also come from a book series like 20,000 leagues under the sea, Mary Poppins, and The Count of Monte Cristo.

Tom Sawyer
I just mentioned Mark Twain, we can't forget this American classic of a southern boy.

Secret Garden
I loved this book as a kid about a girl and a handicap boy and a garden. The story was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett.

And I'm sure there's more!

Different Human Sounds in Different Languages (Onomatopoeia)

I did the onomatopoeias of animal sounds but here are human sounds. Some done by James Chapman, an illustrator who just completed a PHD at the University of Manchester. Some are missing like clap.

Animal sounds in different languages (Onomatopoeias)

Lots of people don't believe me but different countries and languages don't agree on how to spell the onomatopoeia of  the sound animals make. It is spelled differently depending on the language, also by the interpenetration of languages. Most animals make the same sound but it depends on the person listening to it. It could also be that the pets adapt to the language around them.

Different versions of X-Men in the X-films

There is a sore spot in fans (including me) but depending on the producer, director or casting director, different mutants have showed up in the various X-Men films played by different actors. My problem isn't that they are played by different actors but the portrayal of them conflict and there's no continuity. Now, even one character has appeared in three films played by different actresses and time periods. I'm not counting Professor Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart/James Mcavoy), Magento (Ian Mckellen/Michael Fassbender), Mystique (Rebecca Romajin/Jennifer Lawrence), Cyclops (James Marsden/Tye Sheridan), Jean Grey (Framke Jensen/Sansa Stark), Storm (Halle Berry/Alexandra Shipp) and Nightcrawler (Alan Cumming/Kodi Smit-Mcphee)  as actors are playing them at different ages. Tim Pocock also played a young Cyclops in X-Men Origins: Wolverine but thankfully Days of Future Past canceled that out.

Jubilee
In X-Men (2000), she has a non-speaking role by Katrina Floerce and is a teenager. In X-2, she is played by Kea Wong. She is mistankingly put on IMDB as appearing in X-Men: Last Stand but it as actually Psylocke. She was a teenager in the 2000's. But then because of the time-travel change, Jubilee's parents might have her earlier because she magically appears as a teenager in the 80's. Unless she was a twenty-something in the 2000's. In the new X-Men: Apocalypse film, Lana Condor plays her. The excuse with other characters like Psylocke, Angel and Sabertooth was that other directors directed those movies they were in but Bryan Singer directed all the movies she is in. I guess she didn't have a major role in the first 2 movies, it is excusable.

Kitty Pryde
In X-Men, she had a quick cameo played by Sumela Kay and went through a door, startling Wolverine. In X-2, she was played Katie Stuart and tried escaping from Stiker's forces. In X-Men: Last Stand and Days of Future Past, Ellen Page played her in bigger roles than in the first two movies.

Psylocke
Psylocke had a minor role by Mei Melancon in X-Men: The Last Stand and was a villain and destroyed. Now she is portrayed by Olivia Munn in X-Men: Apocalypse. She is slightly older than her first incarnation and since she wasn't mentioned by name in the movies, it is excusable. It could've been a different mutant completely.

Angel
Warren Worthington was portrayed by Ben Foster in X-Men: The Last Stand who appeared in the beginning and sparingly throughout the movie. He is now slightly younger in X-Men: Apocalypse played by Ben Hardy. The Worthingtons probably also got busy before they originally did because of the time schism.

Deadpool
Ryan Reynolds played him in Wolverine: Origins (2009) and then in Deadpool (2016). No one liked his portrayal in the first movie and he fought for the role again and now everyone love the new movie he plays the character like in the comics.

 Gambit
Taylor Kitsch played Remy LeBeau in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, he will now be portrayed by Channing Tatum in a new movie.

Sabertooth
Liev Schreiber played Sabertooth in X-Men Origins: Wolverine as Logan's brother. While Tyler Mane played him in the first X-Men movie. Ugh, let's just ignore both.

Moira MacTaggert
Played by in a small role in X-Men: Last Stand, she was a doctor how she was in the comics. But played by Rose Byrne in X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Apocalypse as a spy and ally. She is not a mutant but a vital character. Little confusing as she is the same age in the 70's as in 2006, probably not the same character.
